InUse extends its presence in Italy with EMS Group

EMS Group unveils its new service offer based on InUse solution:

I.CON IoT platform

EMS Group, an Italian leading company in industrial automation solutions chooses InUse technology to develop its new IoT platform to analyze and manage production systems.

I.CON is based on InUse Machine Relationship Management (MRM) solution, which aims to help OEMs develop new value-added after-sales services. This new platform will provide EMS customers to increase machine efficiency and reduce downtime for a better production rate.

EMS’s vision is cutting-edge. Its One-Stop Shop approach consists in providing systems and services to manage the entire production process, allowing resources and competitiveness optimization. The result of the One-Stop Shop approach is the Next Generation Factory: a fully integrated organizational and production model, digitized and aimed at value creation.

This vision perfectly matches InUse technology and approach. Therefore, EMS naturally choose InUse as IoT specialized supplier.

"It was very important for us to find a partner with an open and flexible vision on IoT technology, able to satisfy our requests and make them operational at the right times. With InUse we have found an innovative reality, in step with our needs, opening for EMS the way to a leadership position also in the digital services" says Umberto Fabale, EMS Group Product Manager

Goals are clear:

Collect data, explore, and analyze them and transform them into concrete added value developing a portfolio of new and innovative digital services: condition monitoring, default analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance.

From now on, both EMS teams and their clients will take full advantage of machines' data.

EMS Group will showcase its first operational and scalable version of I.Con, at Drinktec 2022 and Glasstec 2022 tradeshows.
